Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant is instrumental in the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy. Responsibilities include identifying and profiling target clients, continually refining these profiles, and crafting engaging narratives for the company's offerings. The role extends to operational support in implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with artists, designers, writers, and external organizations to produce effective marketing materials, and evaluating the success of marketing initiatives through surveys and key performance metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support and Client Profiling
- Aids in creating and enhancing the target client profile for strategic marketing alignment.
- Collaborates in updating the client profile to improve predictions of client behavior and needs.
2. Narrative Development and Content Creation
- Contributes to the development of compelling product and service narratives.
- Participates in the storytelling process for marketing campaigns.
3. Implementation and Coordination
- Supports the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Liaises with artists, designers, writers, marketing agencies, event organizers, and publishers to create and disseminate marketing materials.
- Assists in organizing and supervising marketing events and promotional activities.
4. Effectiveness Measurement
- Assists in deploying surveys and gathering data to determine the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Reports on key metrics and performance indicators to assess the impact of marketing strategies.
Authorities
Authorized to engage and coordinate with external creatives and organizations under the supervision of the Department Head for the production of marketing materials.
Reports / Accomplishments
- Maintains documentation of all marketing initiatives, including client profiles, narrative developments, and coordination efforts.
- Prepares and presents reports on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, supported by data from surveys and performance metrics.
